Has anyone started a nursing course in Feb/March?
You know how they have mid term starts (around March) for nursing courses? How do these work are you in the same classes as others who started the previous september. In this case it will be harder to make friends if most others that started in september already know each other right?

I start my nursing course 20th April, i will not be in classes with people who started in September, just all the April starts including students taking different branchs of nursing to what i have chose
Like davey, i started in january- with my own group of students, as for student housing i didn't do halls due to the issues described above but got my own house (which i love!)
generally the reason why Nursing pre-reg programmes have 2 intakes a year is numbers - having one intake would be too great a strain on the placement system etc.
you are unlikely to be in classes with different intakes although you will see people around the uni and of course likely be on placement with people in different intakes.
