Finding a factor of a number

Hi,

I want to find out in 1.88x10-8 is a factor of 1/48. However if it is not a factor, then i want to know how to find the nearest factor.

3.2x10-19 is a factor of 1.6x10-9

I want to see if 1.88x10-8 is a factor of 1/48, but i am fairly sure it isn't, so is there a way to find out the nearest factor to 1.88x10-8?

he means that if he was to divide them, will he get an integer result
