Advanced Higher Physics - Reactance

One part of my Advanced Physics investigation on radio components covers the reactance of an inductor and capacitor. I had planned just to show the Current/Frequency relationship for both of these components, but was recommended to actually measure the reactance.

My problem is; at what frequency should I calculate the reactance? The inductance was measured using ALBA and I don't know what frequency the current was at. Does the frequency value used to calculate reactance (using X = 2pifL) need to be the same as the frequency of the current used to test the inductance? :s-smilie:
