    Admittedly you cant pick specific tracks, but it plays genres (a huge list may I add) and selects tracks it thinks you'll like (if anyone used to use Pandora, same thing). It's very good.

    spotify also has an 'artist radio' feature, that plays tracks similar to an artist that you may like.

    I'm a subscriber at last.fm; you from scrobble from Spotify which made me try it.

    an advertising message for something every half hour or so. I just mute the volume until it goes away.
