Good Work/Break Balance

When revising, how much time do you take off? At the moment, I do an hour of work with twenty minutes break.

How about you?
yeah i do about the same... i should probably get off TSR now then and get back to work....

Hour and a half work; fifteen minutes break at most. But then again I'm better to doing long sessions. :p:

2 hours straight in the morning half hour break
1 hour then 45 min lunch
2 more hours with 15 min break inbetween
I don't do schedules. :cool:
I wish I had a way to fill my breaks so they could last between 10-20 minutes. Unfortunately I revise for 1.5 hours and then take a break on my PS3 playing CoD4. My break grows from my target 15 minutes to about 2 hours. But I do revise about 3 or 4 hours a day but with bigger breaks in between. I can't have a break of 15 minutes as there's nothing to do in 15 minutes, thus it is not a break.

My target timetable, however, is...

9:00 - 10:15 Subject 1
10:15 - 10:45 Break
10:45 - 12:00 Subject 2
12:00 - 13:00 Lunch Break
13:00 - 14:30 Subject 1 Again
14:30 - 16:00 Long Break
16:00 - 17:00 Subject 2 Again
17:00 End of Revision

Like I said, I rarely stick to that but I do get in a fair amount of revision.
