If they ask you to show that E2=p2c2+E02E^2 = p^2c^2 + E_0^2 holds then I think that's the time to use it :h:.

Minkowski I'm OK with, with Mechanics I'm a bit iffy on questions similar to the asteroid one in 2008 and on pulleys in general, but I could just about blag it if I had a bit more time.


How do you reckon it went? I thought it wasn't too bad, a bit more mechanics based but not bad in general. Shame I've lost about 15 marks at least due to stupid mistakes though.

I dropped ~10 marks due to the moment of inertia question. I did 1, 2 and 3 but I should have done 4 instead of 2 as I looked at is after the exam and it took my 20 minutes to do :colonhash:. Probably looking at 85-90 overall for me though.

I found the exam long: I wrote more in those two hours than I did in Foundations/Analysis.
