Do you need A Level Physics to study Dentistry???

Anyone???

Currently, I've chosen Biology, Chemistry, Physics and AS Critical Thinking for next year. But do I really need A Level Physics? If I do, I will do it. But I don't want to be doing something that I don't necessarily need. Thanks! :p:

Nope, I have a friend with three offers for Dentristry who is doing Biology, Chemistry & Maths.

Well you definitely need Chemistry and Biology is highly recommended. I don't THINK it's Physics is a necessity but if in doubt, email a few admissions tutors.

I dont think so, 3 people at my school have applied to dentistry - and have offers from different combinations of King's, Sheffield, Manchester and Queen mary's.

None of them did physics =>

Bio, chem, Business studies (AS maths)
Bio chem, maths (AS economics)
Bio, chem, maths, econmics (AS furthermaths)

Obviously, other uni's may vary so definately, email all admissions tutors for prospective uni's just in case
