I'm going to Liverpool Uni in Sept
Does anyone have any advice on the best places that I could apply for a job? I'm ideally looking for somewhere that's about 12 hours a week but maximum of 16 hours. I'd like to return home (to Cardiff) in the holidays too - so I need somewhere that's flexible. If anyone has any ideas/tips then please let me know!!

Your best bet is the bars. gte in their quick as there is often a high demand at start of the year. Also you can sign up for workbank with the uni which will put you in touch with jobs. Most jobs wont take students as they need them around for christmas and obviously most students want to go home.

My mate has a job up there, and earns bare bucks. He calls it television manouvering.
We call it stealing but i hear the job is very much in demand.
