Honestly all you need to do is read through your book a few times so that you are comfortable with everything in it. Once you have done that just start doing the past papers, but learn the mark scheme answers. You will be suprised at how similar the questions are and how standard the answers in markschemes are.

Once you have done all the past papers and pretty much learnt the standard answers then you will be ready, so far its working for me as im on for AAA.
