Not my question. My question was why is an atheist, born and raised an atheist, not considered indoctrinated, whereas a born and raised Christian is?
Some atheists are indoctrinated. However, there are biological factors that make it easier to indoctrinate with a religion, than with no religion. Meanwhile, a silence about the issue (as opposed to non-silence against the issue) would seem to lead to a lack of (indoctrinated) axioms, rather than axioms against. See the very last points in my OP. Also relevant may be my characterization of indoctrination in the spoiler.

I've seen both sides ebulliently attack eachother with some comments strikingly feeble and nearly humerous if they weren't so abhorribly prevalent.
I have friends who are feeble minded too.
Throughout the history of mankind we have been killing off minorities, it's a default of the wickedness (or evolutionary philosophy) of humanity. Homosexuality has been an element of human relationships since the beginning of written history. Although that doesn't mean that in this self-proclaimed elite and liberal civilization we are obliged to be gay, just that we shouldn't demonize others. It was clearly a matter of "what do you think of other people strikingly different than you?" And her answer was that found in history: they've been raised to get rid of them.
We find this attitude in other animals as well, so although I can't defend this conclusion of hers, I can't help but think this is almost as human as other ethical small-mindedness.
Maybe we should all be less radical, although, maybe it's an impossibility.
