thermal help

a cylinder is thermally isolated from surroudings and is divided into two parts by a thermally conducting piston in the middle. the left hand side contains one mole of neon at pressure 4atm and the right side n moles of argon at 1atm. th whole system is at 300K

a.) find n for this i got 1/4??
the piston is then released and comes to equilbrium. i assume this means that the piston will move from left to right until pressure on each side equal
b.) the final temp im not sure about this, as the container is thermally isolated there is no heat inflow dq=0 so the change in t will depend on work done?
c.) the ratio of neon to argon. i presume i will be able to do this after doing b
