I haven't visited them, I want a good course that teaches a good amount of kanji (not like leeds that only teaches 70 a year or something), good access to japanese schools for the year abroad, good japanese society.

And i want to hear other general pros, and for future prospects which one is better?

I'd also like a decent amount of japanese students to talk to.

are there any big difference in the course?

cos if they are on par then i would want to pick edinburgh cos it has a higher uni reputation and its cheaper
