Insurance: Manchester or Edinburgh?

Hi!

I need some unbiased views on this matter. :sadnod: I need to pick my insurance Uni for my UCAS. The two choices i've narrowed it down to are Edinburgh and Manchester. I'd be studying Japanese studies in both.

Have you visited them? They're very different cities, and very different universities... what's the most important aspect for you?

I haven't visited them, I want a good course that teaches a good amount of kanji (not like leeds that only teaches 70 a year or something), good access to japanese schools for the year abroad, good japanese society.

And i want to hear other general pros, and for future prospects which one is better?

I'd also like a decent amount of japanese students to talk to.

are there any big difference in the course?

cos if they are on par then i would want to pick edinburgh cos it has a higher uni reputation and its cheaper
