That's why I was considering not doing a foundation..my photography teacher went to LCC and highly reccomended it, and I would like to stay in London.
But it sounds as if I should do a foundation, I didn't know you could really specialise in a foundation but it sounds more appealing now.
Thanks for the advice everyone.

I was originally in your position. I ONLY wanted to do photography as i couldnt draw or do anything arty. But since realising that MOST uni's require foundation I've been thinking of ideas for a portfolio with other art types aswell as photography.
I WAS **** at drawing but ive been practising my observational skills for weeks now and i'd say i'm average lol.

If you wanna go to UAL just try and complete a portfolio. Cause thats what im doing. and you might realise that all areas of art intrest you!

Although I'm not doing Photography next year, Product Design in fact, I am currently doing a Foundation Course and would say it is worth doing no matter what design course you're doing, you get to experiment things you may not have done previously, while improving on those that you have. Even in Photography skills like drawing and other design processes are valuable assets. You can then specialisie in one area, although I am specialising in 3D Design and Photography.
