Yuh thats my point. I've never gone for an interview in the retail industry, my previous jobs have obviously dictated smart skirts, shirts and heels.
I'm not sure if i applied for a clothes shop if i should dress up in their style.
I would wear some smart dark wash skinny jeans and a stripey shirt with a jumper over with boots or cute ballarinas...so preppy but not like you can't think outside the JW box.

Wear a boring shirt devoid of any style with your name on in big, stupid capital letters. You'll fit right in at Jack Wills.

I'd wear a cute preppy skirt and blouse with a cardigan over, cute heels and accessorise well! Pearls, hairband, nice bag etc

I wouldn't go in a suit for this interview!

thing is though, Jack Wills is the antithesis to that style of dressing :p:
hmmm. good point! i dont know then what you would wear  , you could wear some smart jeans (dark) and a JW shirt (or a shirt in a similar style as you say you don't have any JW items) and then some heels. Or try the layering look

    sorry not much help!!

Just go smart but avoid suit - you'll be fine..

when you applied for any clothes shop not just JW, i am sure there are certain things you have to wear. Same with any other works place, it called uniform my dear.

£6-ish an hour, but with 85% discount if you stay long enough. However, students only get a maximum of 4 hours of work a week which is terrible.

if you are over 18 they pay £5.85/hour. I've worked at Jack wills for over a year now and would recommend it to anyone.
My contract is 4 hours. as a student I think it's great that I can get as many (up to 50hours if I ask for it) or as few shifts as I want.

Discount is not a set percentage and the only time you aren't entitled to it is on your probationary period which is 3 months. I think that's reasonable and totally understandable, it'd be the same anywhere else. Contracts are 4 hours a week unless you're a manager or supervisor but I've never just worked 4 hours on any week and I've been working for the company for quite some time. If you ask for more hours you get them, but at the same time if you want to just work the 4 hours then you can which suits some people.
