when you have multiple windows open, how do you change between them using the keybored?

Alt + tab. As in hold down alt then press tab.
ALT + TAB.

In vista, WINDOWSKEY+TAB will let you flick through all the windows.

if you want to flick through them from right to left, then hold down the shift key as well
