Can anyone recommend any? I'm doing the old spec on OCR, but I don't suppose they'd have to be that specific.

We use "Britain 1815-1918", written by 4 people who I can't really be bothered to type out. It's alright for the basic information, but not so much for the historians views, further details and so on. Stephen Lee's book is pretty good, it's basically just essays on different topics to do with G+D, pretty good to read once you have a grasp of the basics.

We have lots of the BH Abbott textbooks on Gladstone and Disraeli to get rid of.
