Compliance In medication Stages

I don't know if this will be moved but oh well

anyone whos been in hospital, on many drug charts (well the ones ive seen in mental health) have these 'stages' on them

i think they're 1-4 and i THINK they have something to do with compliance of medication; anyone know anything about what each stage does, resources??

cheers, he actually told me but i was too excited at the time at doing an injection i wasn't listening lol:rolleyes:
is it the self medication stages ? ranging from meds dispensed and directly observed being taken, through various stages to the final stage where patient has their own key for their meds ...
