Re: TwitterEhh, my friends have been harping on about it for months, I only signed up to see what the hype was about. I still don't understand what all the hype is about, this is just like Facebook but with just the status updates. Not exciting at all.(Original post by bansheeee*)
does anyone really care though/? -

Re: TwitterI am so addicted to Twitter now D: I use Twhirl and TwitterBerry and I update every few minutes. I'm seriously considering either deleting it or forcing myself to cut back. Ahhhh that sounds so sad. Especially as its so pointless(Original post by bloodredbeat)
I like it. I see it as being much different from other social networking sites. It gets quite addictive, though; I have Tweetdeck and Twitterific on my iPhone and I really like being able to 'post' what I am doing or thinking or feeling at the moment. Plus, it's cheaper than a txt message when both my girlfriend and I are signed in, in different places.

Re: TwitterI know what you mean, but, that's what it is there for and if you're using it to it's full potential, there's nothing wrong with that. I mean, I keep my updates private but I have a list of people who I allow to follow and while I reply to them if I feel the need, it is primarily for myself. I see it as a quick and simple way of blogging.(Original post by apassingfeeling)

Re: TwitterHave used twitter for a couple of months or so.(Original post by danni_bella)
Cool, thank you
How long have you had it for? And do you get annoying emails everytime something happens?
no annoying emails except for when you get a new follower (someone who will now see your tweets, updates).
I use 'twitterfox' in firefox which shows me all the new updates and its really not annoying at all. -
Re: TwitterNoo you're not addicted, think of it as: 'Me time', but on the net.(Original post by apassingfeeling)

It doesn't sound bad at all.
Time for you to express your creativity, write poems etc.
