I'm so worried about not getting the grades..help

I'm currently in year 13, taking my last exams. And I already have a firm and insurance place at two universities. Except that my school stopped teaching a2 english literature last year, but thankfully allowed me to find a tutor outside of school and take the exams anyway (not the best school i know :P). I'm so worried I won't get the grades needed (BBB) to get into my firm uni choice. Do you think if I call them and let them know about this situation, they might take me anyway? I really do want to go there.

You should have already notified them that you're not doing the course in the normal way and have got a tutor. If you haven't, contact them asap. They may be more lenient because of this, but only if you notify them in advance.
