    Yes, thats why growing babies drink it

    Drink siz pints of semi for a quick , cheap and easy

    Protien: 112g
    Carbs: 170g
    Fats: 55g
    Kcals: 1637

    Boom!
    Any reason for semi rather than full fat?

    I was thinking the same... Maybe less fat? I currently drink 3.5 litres of full fat and I've found that works...

    You don't need shakes,
    you don't need protein powder,
    you don't need weight gain powder,
    you certainly don't need "bars".

    CLICKY--> GOMAD.

    It's cheaper, easier, and better, than all of the above.
