Which is better for electronic engineering, Manchester or Leeds?
People say its Manchester but stats suggest its Leeds (like it got 5* for research). Plz help

The reason leeds had a slighter higher ranking at the RAE is because they used a trick. Essentially they did not submit all staff for review. They just submitted the very best and they will receive money only for those submitted.
Manchester EEE submitted almost all staff.
