Linguistics OR Spanish OR French 2009?

I'm looking forward to hearing from you if you're doing a degree that will involve any of these, Linguistics, Spanish (Advanced) French (Ab Initio) in Sept 2009 or if you do them now and have any advice to us.

Thanks
