I put something along the lines of -

The white blood cells may identify the totipotent stem cells as antigens, and attempt to engulf them.

what are the risks of doing a root squash?
    spilling acid on yourself

I said there could be an Inflammatory response so the person might have fever, nausea etc

I put about the risk of a tumour developing first, but i thought it was wrong.

Depends if it contained the same DNA as that person right? If it was a totipotent cell from a random embryo then surely it would be seen as an invader?

yes that sounds pretty plausible tbh, for some reason i was put off by the fact they can differentiate into anythinggg, and i thought they could be put into anyone.
but yeah the DNA has to be different :/

it is a bit blunt ut if thats how u flet
    good on u!

for the risks of acetic orcein i said to use goggles to prevent acid reaching eyes and to use gloves when handling stain because it can stain fingers, clothes, etc

    hope thats rite!

o and for the nucleus, i drew the nucleolus, nuclear pores, nuclear envelope and the nucleoplasm
that shud be 4 marks outta 4 but chromatin included woulda been a better bet of getting full marks
