What anna said, a post mortem would be the only way to know.

You're not going to get any results if you take down your post after only a few hours, though I must say it was quite eloquently written.

And in regards to "no expertise on forum", firstly no current vet student has actually answered yet, and secondly it's rather wishful thinking to expect a reptile specialist vet to be a member here considering this is only a student forum.

What did you want, a detailed diagnosis from unqualified students who haven't actually seen the animal in question?
