    Protein Powder
I read from Victor Costa www.vicsnatural.com that the best protein powders are the more expensive ones, but are there any websites tht sell cheap protein powder which are good quality and made from plants?

The more expensive protein supplements are normally more expensive because they pay for lots of expensive advertising, this drives their costs up forcing them to charge more. On the whole all you're playing for is flashy adverts and packaging smothered with pictures of semi naked men.

Why does dear old Victor Costa recommend that you go to one of the big companies? They're almost certainly sponsoring him and/or he gets commission on their sales.

There are in fact smaller companies which use very little advertising, cut back on the packaging, etc to reduce costs, the result is a much cheaper product which is of the same high quality. Examples of these companies include MyProtein, Bulk Powders, Bulk Supplements Direct, Whey Consortium, etc. If you use the code MP26240 at MyProtein you'll get a further 5% off your order.

Why the aversion from dairy products?
