night life? UK? don't all the shops close by 8 or earlier?!

the thing that rocks about HK is that everything is still open by 10-11pm and nightlife at Wanchai / Lan Kwai Fong is pretty good.

I'm originally from Newcastle (hence the Geordie in HK)

The problem with HK nightlife is that the vast majority of ppl in LKF are up themselves. They have such an arrogance about them, either that or its the 50yr old gweilos trying to pull the young chinese girls haha.

Wanchai and CWB is good. My fave clubs are Cclub and Dip. ING used to be good but is now full of 14yr old girls struggling to hold in a cocktail.

I fancy checking out one of the beach parties on Lama sometime.
