Hi can anyone please help with the following question
what legal rules detemine the basis for residence rights/rights to work/educational rights in the UK for the following people:
A Non EU member on a work permit
A Non EU member on a tourist permit which has now run out although he remains in the country
An EU member who is studying here.
I cant get to a library so only have the internet to research the topic
