Hi I am moving into shared housing next year (2009) and was wondering if anyone could help me re: broadband and could tell me a little about if it would be wired (if there are the Ethernet ports available) or have to be wireless, and if you could give me a guide as to what was included with your house i.e. inventory so I could get some ideas and about the keys when you pick the up.

I plan to ask some of this to the accommodation office but wondered if anyone could help me.
