D1 - When to use a Dummy Activity
Hiya,
Could someone help me with:
1) When do you use a dummy activity ? Some I add one when its not supposed to be, or sometime I miss them out completely.
2) How to decide which direction the dummy activity goes. I always seem to get it wrong, is there a special rule or something ?
Ie, is there a wat from looking at this table to know that 3 dummy activities are needed? http://www.imagebam.com/image/b2ef1539239833
Plus, does anyone have any tips for drawing the actual presedence network ?
