Public relations...business?

I've always wanted to study business/ management at university.. but i have no idea of what part of it i want to.
Recently i've been thinking public relations.. i love business, but being stuck in an office all day doesn't really appeal & i lovee people so thought that would be more my thing?
Anyone have any recommendations or good courses/uni's they know?
