I have noticed a decline in TSR in the past six months with nearly every thread having the token troll who accuses the OP of being a troll or lying. But nothing like 4Chan.

This thread is a joke. You really think TSR is becoming 4chan? You have to be 18 to visit 4chan for a very good reason, no student website will ever be like that.

I like 4chan and TSR but you can't compare them. Most message boards tend to inherit a few things from 4chan seeing as it is the second biggest message board on the internet.

Why is it that practically every internet forum will inevitably have a "is this forum turning into 4chan" thread?

The answer is no, this forum is probably just a cliquish as many another internet community on the web, but obviously every community has influences from the larger, more famous (or infamous?) ones.

Nah, it's nowhere near as bad. But when I see people trying to act like /b/tards on here, it annoys me even more. People posting "GTFO" or calling Troll all the time just doesn't fit in with the vibes I usually get from the forums.

Flaming hell, I hate 4chan with a passion, especially them /b/tards. It's not funny and it's not clever. The odd meme has been mildly amusing, but on the whole, they just make me think of script-kiddies and those prannies that play WoW (if you were in my college class you'd understand).
