Ghirahim was one of the best charcters ever. Loved him. While I absolutely loved Skyward Sword I do feel it was a little linear in sections. For example, find 3 of said thing, go to the sky, find 3 more things, go to the sky etc.
The locations were really interesting and beautiful, though. I loved when Faron Woods got flooded.

Can't wait for HD Zelda on the WiiU *drools*

Those of us hoping for some Zelda news from E3, here's Miyamoto's comment: http://uk.ign.com/articles/2012/06/0...ks-zelda-wii-u
"Still in R&D with a number of different experiments going on" ...so we'll be waiting a fair while, I guess

Also, I'm rather late to find it, but look at what IGN thought to be the greatest ever videogame weapon http://uk.ign.com/videos/2012/03/30/...o-game-weapons

I would've thought they'd've had something for the 3DS, though, if only MM.

I said I'd post when the time came and the time has come.

    http://www.amiami.com/top/detail/det...e=FIG-IPN-4446
    http://www.hlj.com/product/max06243

You need to make an account at one of these sites and payment is either by Paypal or Credit Card. Shipping should be by either SAL (2-5 weeks) or EMS (3-5 days, also HMRC's best friend). May seem like a lot for one 6" action figure of Link if you factor in the price of approx £21+shipping for a figure if you've never bought one before; but considering how expensive crap, non-articulated versions are, this is still a bargain if you're a first time buyer.

    More pics: http://ameblo.jp/figma

Already ordered one. May order some extras.

I was going to link to Samus as well since her action figure went up for a second round of pre-orders. But that sold out within half an hour.

That's enough viral marketing from me. Don't feel pressured into spending money you wouldn't otherwise spend. But it's a nice opportunity to actually get some Zelda merchandise that isn't £100+ or complete crap.

    Such as this:

Skyward Sword is £14.99 in Argos delivery or collection:
    http://www.argos.co.uk/static/Search...WARD+SWORD.htm

    £31.99 at currys and pcworld:
    http://www.currys.co.uk/gbuk/nintend...87993-pdt.html
    http://www.pcworld.co.uk/gbuk/ninten...87993-pdt.html

Can do a pricematch and 10% of the difference to get it for £13.29.

I rang up to do the price match and the guy said he'd phone back in 20 after he'd checked but he didn't bother. Went in store to do it instead, and took them ages to check argos price and kept whispering to each other he's right, it is £14.99 (duh, that's why I said). Anyway once we'd established that, they tried to do the same price, I pointed out the 10% of difference off, it then took two members of staff to minus, £14.99 from £31.99, which they came up with £16 instead of £17, but it took them so long I didn't want to start all over again, took a bit longer for them to work out what 10% of £16 was. Then 3 attempts and me correcting them on what £14.99 minus £1.60 was.

Got the game for £13.39 in the end (due to their bad maths). I wish I'd paid £14.99 and avoided that shocking experience. However, if your local store has employees with a basic grasp of primary school maths then you can get a good deal, if not, Argos at £14.99 is good anyway.

Apparently Argos is reduced as it's been re-released without the bonus cd (Argos and pcworld/currys both have this atm).

Majora's Mask is undoubtedly the deepest, most mature and complex Zelda game to date, and my personal favourite. All of them have their plus points, from the sheer freedom of the original, the sense of discovery in Link's Awakening, the beautiful multiple states of the Oracles games, the unique controls of Phantom Hourglass and the sheer sense of characterisation of Wind Waker. But for me, it is the sense of inevitability, impending destiny, the tragedy of death and love unrequited, of doomed relationships and forgotten heroes that Majora's Mask has, and no other Zelda has since equalled.

I'd much rather have MM remade. It's my favourite, possibly second favourite, along with SS.

Besides, it makes sense what with OoT having been released on the 3DS already.

Speaking of Wind Waker, there's never any love for it. I thought it was a brilliant game, one of my favourites easily, but you never really hear people praising it.

Don't get me wrong, it's all about OoT, but WW was still a great new direction to take the game in, if only for a single installment and a couple of spin-offs.
Agree with you there brother, Wind Waker is immense!

Full agreement here. Finally completed it fully (found the last bloody secret sea shell, I refused to Google it), and I just sat there, amazed, yet slightly saddened. :') I am definitely going to play it through again when I finish my exams.

I personally believe that they were onto something amazing with Wind Waker. A level of characterisation and personality, animation so unique and expressive that even though the waterlogged world was so barren, everything felt so diverse and full of pure charm.

Then we got Twilight Princess. Brown bland world of "me too, Lord of the Rings", where everything was barren, and even the one NPC you met every hour or so... you couldn't speak to.

When I got to the Castle Town it felt so soulless, you couldn't speak to anyone, like they were just props. In contrast look at Windfall in Wind Waker; the amount of life, diversity and styles in such a tiny place...

Majora's Mask was definitely a sensational game and I loved how interactive Wind waker was and really good music from that, in the future I hope to make a game similar to Zelda Wind Waker because travelling throughout the sea was just really relaxing and adventurous and the story line wasn't always linear, you could go and do different things etc.

I just find it slightly irritating when I hear things like, "It's not as good, I played the original one on the N64."

    ARGH.

Come back, kid, when you've arranged several HAND DRAWN NOTEPAD MAPS on your bedroom floor to try to finish the NES Zelda as a bloody frustrated lad!

Love the fact that they did a 25th anniversary concert. Why don't we get more of that kind of thing?

It was so amazing - a CD of some of the stuff they played came with skyward sword if you haven't heard any of the pieces.
