anyone study at Slade school of fineart ???

I have a certain questions for Slade school.

I have known that there were not accepted foundation diploma. I want to know why there are not accepts a foundation diploma and is there are any possibility that I can entrance to Slade with out any GCSE or a-level.

Lastly, is anyone know that every foundation course in every art college will get a diploma for sure ?

At Slade half of the people accepted have done Art Foundation and the other half haven't, apparently. You can read this on their website.
Apply if you want to apply, regardless of qualifications, you should just be prepared for rejection, Slade is a part of University College London (prestigious) and they want a minimum grade requirement of BBB (according to them), but I've heard that they arent too anal about your A-level grades being BBB? Anyway, I think you will most likely need some grades of some sort (at least GCSEs) for Slade :/
are you applying for 2011? I am (: Slade is my first UCAs choice.

Just read this in another post; "60% have done a foundation prior to starting their BA @ slade school of arts", so yeah, you will definitely need an art foundation to get an interview I reckon.

You cant really do an art foundation in any art school, you will have to research where they hold the course. If they do, you'll get the diploma :biggrin:
