finished GCSEs, looking for a job?

im 16 in july 16th (lul).

basically my last exam was on the 12th and i find that sometimes i'm still bored at home with nothing to do. a lot of people have been getting jobs lately, and i do kind of need money and to pass some time, so i started considering it myself. however, i've never worked before (didn't have work experience) so i have no clue where to start to be honest. got a couple of questions...

do i need to write a CV, get a reference etc.?

are there sites where i can find vacancies for people my age?

does the fact that im not 16 yet affect my chances of getting a job?

Not many places will employ you before you're 16 because of a load of legal rubbish. Plus, technically there isn't a minimum wage for under-16s, so even if you were to look for a job, you could get paid an absolute pittance for what you do... it's less than a month until you're 16 anyway, so why not wait?
