Computing Coursework Property Rental Help

For computing coursework I have to target a profession and produce a program that can digitalise its processes. I chose to target property leasers, which was fine up until now, but I've just realised I know nothing about it.

Basically, it would be really helpful if someone could give me an idea of what a property leaser would want in a program, what information they would need to store in a database, and what outputs the program would need to produce.
