I hate student finance!

i really hate student finance. the exact same thing has happened to me only im running out of money and have just four days to pay a really big deposit. they keep sending the same forms to fill out and when i ring them they are sooooooo unhelpful and keep telling me they havent recieved them and i need to download them and fill them out again...and again and again. got sooo fed up with them i was rude on the phone today and they hung up on me. oops! they are so disorganised, its making me feel like im banging my head against a brick wall. They dont even believe that ive sent them the forms coz they just say that if i had filled them in and sent them out, it would be on there system. how can they blame me for this!!!!!!!!!!!! Anyone else going throught the same thing please leave a comment with some advise and a nice little rant :smile:
