What is going to happen to JPKC's Seat?
I guess it depends on whether he's banned at the mid point, which is the chance for it to be declared vacant.

I'm having trouble admitting people to the usergroup. I've posted in AASM and haven't got a reply of any kind so far. Just alerting you to the issue.

They will get back to you when they can.

I normally post in AASM regarding new Members who I have approved but does not come up on their profile including those new to TSR.

No I know, but they usually 'tag' the thread which they haven't done yet and I've reported the problem a few hours ago. It's not that because they haven't got access to the forum and can apply again to join.

If he hasn't posted in here or voted in 4 weeks, I'll declare him inactive and set a by-election in motion.

Just an update on the usergroup issue. Apparently the above issue occurs from time to time. If it does, then the supermods will need to manually approve people into usergroups.

Is there an option to vote clause by clause on stuff?

I want to vote against one item in the Rail Petition and vote in favour of the other items.

There's no option to vote clause by clause.

That's what happened when I first joined the MHoC. I think it would be a wise idea to have some sort of an announcement made to all new members to request to join a particular usergroups in the Ask a Moderator/Super-Mod forum section?

I think that as all party leaders and supermods are aware of the issue, there isn't much need much for an announcement in AASM, but that isn't my decision to make.

Okay - I just thought it might be helpful as it may put off new members from joining us.

I also meant an announcement in our forum, MHoC...

Party leaders keeping on top of their join requests should notice if someone they've accepted hasn't been added to the usergroup. They'll be able to contact the supers to fix the issue and advise the new member accordingly.

JPKC has joined the Socialists - does that mean he carries his seat over? That would give the Socialists 8 seats if I'm not correct and all the wiki pages will need to be updated.

Yep. If an independent MP joins a party, they bring their seat with them.

If we've missed the cessation deadline, then if we resubmit a bill do we need to change its name?

Nope. The name can stay the same, but it will be treated as a new bill and assigned a new bill number.

So, in practical terms, there's no point in bills entering cessation, having only 3 readings and bills being withdrawn?
