PS. Your sig is hot! I need to start watching Gossip Girl however feminine it is considered to be.. :yep: :yep:
DO NOT WATCH GOSSIP GIRL BEFORE READING THE BOOKS! (they're funnier and more true to life teenager-ish; which is probably what makes them funny.) They only take like two hours to read one. I promise.

    I predict:
    int'2s:
    A/B
    A/B
    A/B
    A/B

    SGs:
    1/2
    1
    1/2
    1

As you can see I'm not that confident... I want As and1s soooo badly!

Argh, I hate waiting. And I know that I shall inevitably wait up for my results, run out of things to do around 7, fall asleep and then wake up to the text an hour later.

Seeing as you were good enough to get through the Trinity interview, I'm sure you'll meet your offer:p:

Haha, thanks. :-) I'm not so sure, maths was a (relative) train wreck. So it's either relying on physics (dodgy) or hoping I did well enough in STEP II that they'll let a bad day in maths slide (dodgier). There's nothing I can do about it now, so it's just waiting... but I'm impatient!

I know the feeling. I did quite well throughout the year, even taught myself the bulk of the AH course, but messed up my Higher maths exam

As for STEP...I've looked at a couple of questions posted on TSR:eek3:
    Good luck though!

As for STEP...I've looked at a couple of questions posted on TSR:eek3:
I think there are three parts that make STEP awkward - the questions look more intimidating than they actually are, they're much longer and, of course, they're rather difficult. But the first two mean that simply keeping up your confidence gets you a good way towards being able to tackle them.

    Good luck though!
Cheers, you too. What are you planning on applying for, may I ask?

    Maths
If I get a good set of results for Higher ( fingers crossed ), I'll have a go at Trinity.

    Any advice?

It's weird how it only rested on the few hours we spent in the exam hall. I wish there was more coursework.

STEP III was laughable. I got 1 question and 2 partial questions (and one of those partial questions was almost entirely wrong thanks to simplifying something like ab + c into a(b + c) mainly because it was convenient rather than because it was correct :p:). STEP II was better: I got 2 complete questions and 4 partial questions (at varying levels of completion, some were well towards being complete). Additionally, it was the first STEP paper I looked at (albeit I didn't look at many - I certainly would have benefited from more revision, but I probably would have enjoyed the year less) where the statistics questions were eminently approachable from the AH course (in particular, the last question was a gift - it was essentially one of the NAB investigations).
