I have studied a a higher education level for three years and obtained a diploma in higher education (Health Sciences).
would I be allowed to apply to a nursing degree?
and if so would I be eligible for and nhs bursary? (as i have had student loans for three years?

Bursary you're ok with, you may even be eligable to apply for post-graduate nursing course
