Default Politics-Related subjects

I know Oxford is great for Politics-related subjects obviously, but the courses are so competitive I think I would definitely be punching above my own weight. So outside of Oxbridge, what are the best places to study politics courses? E.g. Politics and Philosophy, Politics and International Relations, PPE, etc.

Warwick, Sheffield, York, LSE (though equally as competitive as Oxbridge), Birmingham, SOAS.
Bristol I'm not sure about as I was reading an article of students having complaints about the course.
