I take it you're applying for the scholars scheme this year then :P? As this is one of the questions on the application form. Make sure you do some research!

Yep I am, this is what my research is! I can't find anything on the internet apart from people profiles, which I'm looking through now..
Where did you find your information? And did you focus it on your first choice service line??
Also silly question but for the bullet point format is it ok if they are still sentences
And is it ok to leave a gap between the lines?

KPMG have a section here:
http://www.kpmgcareers.co.uk/Graduates/Audit--AuditProgramme--In-depth_(119).aspx?pg=119
I'm applying for a graduate placement right now in audit, so I don't actually have any experience myself.

Descriptions of what people do are on the website, look into the grad section if you haven't already. In audit on a daily basis you go out to the client and complete different section of the audit which include cash, debtors, creditors etc... Just different types of testing. Expect to be gathering, sorting lots of information, using excel and communicating with other Deloitte employees in your team and clients.

Let me know if you have any other q's

Could you possibly post a link for this as I'm finding it hard to find what you're talking about! Many thanks

When visiting clients. Do you know if the auditor would go by him/her self or with other fellow colleagues?
For the Deloitte scholars scheme, is it not necessary to declare your GCSE grades?

Depending on the size of the client, you can go in teams of 2/3 or 8-10. It's rare that as a scholar you would go by yourself but it can happen.

Is there not an education section where you can enter your school, qualification, subject and grade down ??

No I mean in a full-time graduate job.

It would seem very boring if one would have to visit clients by himself if you know what I mean.

Instead of making a new thread every time you have a question about the application form, try keeping it to one of the threads already going on about these things. Better yet, do some research and stop expecting everyone else to do the leg work for you. The answers are out there if you bother to look.
