Re: Why don't Dominoes pizza sell their dips in supermarkets!?! WHY!?!Why has nandos stopped selling their perrinaise(Original post by joey11223)
Seriously I love their sweet chilli dip and the honey and mustard one!
I've tried all the brands of sweet chilli dips in sainsburys but none are the same! The closest is blue dragon or something but it's just not dominoes! I want more E numbers!
I mean nandos sell their marinades, pizza express sells their salad dressings, why won't dominoes sell their dips!?! I get that they want people to buy the little dips but I bet a lot of people still would because they wouldn't want to buy big bottles. They could price it at over £5 a bottle and I'd buy it! I want a big bottle of honey and mustard!!
whhhyyyy? It saddens me.

For fellow Domino's garlic and herb dip lovers, Heinz Garlic & Chives sauce is similar, and you should be able to buy it from your local supermarket

I love this dip too and found out how to replicate it. 3 spoons of helmans mayo, two inches of garlic puree (they sell tubes of this in waitrose, made by GIA), and a massive pinch of dried parsley. Mix it up and voilla!!! it is a tiny bit thicker... but the taste is exactly the same. If you want to thin it out a bit, add a bit of olive oil.

To revive a massively old thread....if you're wanting the dip without paying Dominoes prices, I discovered last week ASDA stuffed crust pizzas (there's 3 different toppings available I think) now come with a garlic and herb dip which tastes EXACTLY like the dominoes one. The pizza is pretty good as well, I think they're £3.50 each or 2 for £5.
