why you want to work for Sweaty Betty?

How about something like this. It's from my CV:

Seeking a career in sales in which to make use of verbal skills and conscientious, determined outlook, and in which the ability to persuade others and present concise, information and do so in an enthusiastic, friendly manner is an essential requirement. Willing to take responsibility and input the utmost effort in order to increase personal effectiveness in generating sales and increasing company profitability. Also keen to apply and hone further my comprehensive people skills.

Something like that would be fine I'm guessing.
