PG Options.... 2

Hey peeps,

I've asked this in the PG forum too, but thought I'd sow my seeds far and wide.

I'll make this post shorter as it's late.

What kind of postgrad options are there if you do a MFL degree?

I'd like to do an MA, followed by a doctorate, but I'm yet to see an MA in Languages at my undergrad institution. Would I need to move Unis? Or would I do a research MA that's more specific?

Jeez this is rather general.... They did MAs at my undergrad uni - so I assume you need to move unis to one with a bigger languages department. For example, they were on philology, philosophy and I think there is even an option to suggest a research topic. They are generally related to the interests of the lecturers though - so search for places which already do modules in what you'd like to study.
