Religious Studies(EDEXCEL)full course??(GCSE)

i’m doing religious studies next term
(i’m in year9—meaning i don’t have my textbook yet)//
and i want to have a look at what i’m going to learn//
i found this text book in amazon
---Religion and Life (Edexcel GCSE Religious Studies) (Paperback)
(i saw year10s using this)
it says it covers unitA in SpecA

i’m sure this is not the only text book i’m going to need ,, right ??
there seem to be a book called ‘religion and society’ and stuff but i’m not sure….

can anyone please tell me what textbooks i’m going to need ~~

That's wonderful.
Take "The life of Saint Sergiy of Radonej","The life of Protopope Avakum."
At my school we read this two books.
Study it better and maybe one day you'll join The Highest Spirital Uni in my town.They will give you black scirt and other black uniform.They will find you wife from Regent's class and personal village with church to feed you.You'll become big and happy,very respected person with cool beard.Pilgrims will kneel to kiss your hand and get your bless.

You need 'religion and life' for year 10 and 'religion and society' for year 11.
Your mock at the beginning should be only on the first.
These two books are honestly the only books you'll need, and the course is a p**s take - learn the books back to back (which you can do in a day) and you'll be fine. We had a teacher who had an obsession that we were far to clever for the course and didn't teach us the course but we were absolutely fine - better than fine - whole class of A*s. You really don't need to do any work for the course before school starts so enjoy your summer :smile:

You will need the two books - You are on the Short Course, unless your school picks you to do otherwise, but you will need to have the two! But, I'd wait until your in school and see what happens when you back :smile:
