currently at 32kg dumbell bench pressing 10 reps, working my way up slowly. I dont do regimes or anything like that. Leg stuff I dunno, I can press over 100 and thats fine.

I just go and do what I feel like and try to beat my PB. I sweat and thats good enough for me X times a week

my scales tell me I am 16.4 stone, with 22% body fat and a lot of muscle ( it gives me a figure but it must be meaningless, 11.something). am 6ft 3 and built like a rugby player

You have the potential to be one big strong dude, but instead you're just wasting time when you could be getting stronger faster. Leg press? Gay AND stupid.

Not only are you wasting time, you're wasting money on things that are not going to make a difference to you. Especially since you're not doing anything optimally anyway. You could be buying precious burgers with that money, what the hell is wrong with you?

If you don't want to take the training stuff even remotely seriously, then why are you wasting money on these expensive useless supplements that may only help at an elite level?

I just find I never stick to regimes, I have never been one to take a pad into the gym ( and im an accountant, you think id like bumbers!)

Nevermind, do what you like. Just try to keep out of useful discussions where people need help. You can have the "toning" threads if you like.

You don't need half of that crap.

Do you play rugby? This video shows Gloucesters pre-season, and shows that supps they use: http://www.planetrugby.com/video/0,2...448139,00.html

Multivit, fish oils, protein shake, carbs, creatine. Thats all they use.
