Images 2 and 3 in my opinion, although the very Photoshopped image 7 also makes him look good. Image 8 is terrible.

Definetly his Thriller days I think he was hot then. :love:
He still looked good in the Bad era but after that it all went downhill, such a shame.
he looked best when he was black i.e. before all the surgery
