HLPE!!!reasons for applying pharmacy

ok i am about to start writing my personal statement and its for pharmacy 2010.
so basically i have a good head on my shoulders...do and will work hard to get the grades i want...
now the personal statement feels like an obstacle...
I think a good way to start my PS off would be by writing about

Why pharmacy is such a great career?
What is involves and how 'great' i am in these elements?

now could anyone help me with coming up with the answers to these two questions?

Would be eternally greatfull...

Not a good idea, in my view. Start off by saying how enthusiastic you are to study pharmacy and why. Only you will know your reasons.

Call me a miserable old sod, but ... I don't think you should be asking people to answer specific questions on your personal statement. You've already come up with the questions, so the answers should be just as easy.

You know better than anyone why you're choosing to study the subject.

I've no problem with anyone asking for help or asking someone to review a draft, but asking for answers is lazy. You're going to have to answer questions far more taxing than those, so get your skates on and do some work.

No offence, like.

:huff: You are right ...

I think I am just feeling quite negative and am really here for some encouragement (and some hard shoves up my backside )

:bawling:

*i have a tendency to be overly dramatic*

Is there anyone pharmacyish who could read my PS?
At least once the draft is completed?

Thankyou =D
