Doesn't it come out whole or something? If it doesn't I can't imagine it has much nutritional benefits as it isn't being digested. I might be wrong, though... I don't eat it often!

OP get used to seeing a lot of sweetcorn out the other end when dumping
the outside is not digestible by the human digestive system

I hate sweetcorn.
I love sweetcorn. This may sound gross but sweetcorn and prunes (not together of course) definately helps to move the bowels = trust me!!! lol
Nothing springs to mind, just that too much of any food will have negative effects, so don't overdo it.
Well you're going to end up with lots of sweetcorn fragments in your faeces seeing as parts of it are indigestible however it's not really a problem unless you have Gillian McKeith hiding in your bathroom.

Hi.

Recently i've become addicted to sweetcorn. It's delish.

I get through a lot a day now and was wondering if there are any negative impacts on too much sweetcorn.

Thanks.

A quick list on the benefits of it to make me feel happy would be much appreciated too. :h:
