I still don't get it, i feel somewhat stupid.
In between these tags (where it says ID HERE), you copy and paste the ID found after "v=" in a URL. In your sig, you have - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=usnznJZ0XvA so you take the ID - usnznJZ0XvA and put it so it's like [youtube]usnznJZ0XvA[/youtube]
Which gives you:

Re: How do you embed youtube videos?It's fairly easy for admins to make up BBCode to do whatever they want as BBCode works by replacing your BBCode with HTML after you've submitted your post. So for instance:
[b]Text here[/b]
becomes:
<b>Text here</b>
[img]Image link[/img]
becomes:
<img src="Image link" />
and [youtube]Youtube Video ID[/youtube]
becomes:
<object width="445" height="364"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/Youtube Video ID&hl=en&fs=1&color1=0x 006699&color2=0x54abd6&border=1" ></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></object> -
